It seems like the longest time since I have picked up a curling wand. As you’ll know if you read THIS post, I have been wearing my hair naturally recently, or if I’m going all out I reach for my straighteners to create a bend in my hair. But, when I saw the Toni & Guy Curl Squad Reverse Wand I knew I had to give it a go.
The thing that drew me to the Toni & Guy Curl Squad Reverse Wand is the reverse shape. If you look at the wand it is smaller towards the handle and then tappers into a wide wand towards the end. This means that when you wrap your hair around the wand, the curl is tighter towards the top of you head & tappers out into a wide wave towards the ends of the hair. This is exactly what I have been after in a curling wand for years! I love the look of slightly tousled curls, more like beachy waves. It’s how I style my hair all the time, but it can be a difficult look to create. But this wand does all the work for you.
Basically, if you can work a normal curling wand then you too can create effortless, sexy waves with this wand too. Simply wrap & go!
To finish my hair off I have gone back to an old faithful; the Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray. I love the texture and grittiness this product gives the hair, whilst still keeping your waves intact. I also started this look by washing my hair with the Grow Gorgeous Hair Density Intense Shampoo & Conditioner.
