The Garnier Moisture Bomb Face Mist Protect and Hydrate ReviewProtecting your skin in the summer is one of the most important things you can do for its overall condition and health. I am an avid wearer of SPF products. Normally, I have it on under my makeup, in my makeup, all over my body…yeah. My love for SPF is real. I am a firm believer that if you protect your skin now it will help with signs of aging and preventing damage in the future.

Recently, with the weather hotting up and up in the UK, I have taken my love for SPF to a whole new level. If you’re a skin protecting warrior, like me; meet the Garnier Moisture Bomb Face Mist Protect and Hydrate. There honestly hasn’t been a day in the past month I haven’t reached for this handy little spray. Which really, I don’t see as a bad thing – especially with weather like this!

I spoke about why I wear sunscreen almost every single day (yes, even in the winter) in THIS post. So, I won’t go too much into it, but the basics are that if you’d like to keep skin looking healthy and younger for longer then there is nothing better than sunscreen. The trouble I have found in the past is that it can be difficult to reapply UV protectors throughout the day. So having a formula in a spray bottle has been a Godsend! This way I can top up my sun protection without having to remove my makeup. The Garnier Moisture Bomb Face Mist Protect and Hydrate provides you will a veil of SPF 30, keeping your skin protected from the sun’s harmful rays.

The formula does of course come with the added benefit of being in a nice cooling spray can. Giving myself a quick spritz half way through the day has been one of my favourite ways to cool down. The hydrating formula isn’t oily, or too heavy, so it doesn’t disrupt foundation and keeps your base still feeling light and fresh. I also regularly reapply powder to the centre of my face throughout the day, so using a little bit of the Garnier Moisture Bomb Face Mist Protect and Hydrate helps things keep looking natural and keep cake-face at bay!

Do you wear SPF during the summer? Or all year round like me? Or not at all? I’d love to hear what you like to do to protect your skin, let me know in the comments!
