Summer’s almost here, right? It might not be what the weather man’s saying, but all the blogs that I follow, the magazines I read, the wishlists I make are full of the most beautiful summer styles and pops of colour.
So when I was passing a local charity shop and saw this bag in the window I couldn’t resist taking a peek!
A spring/summer Zara piece from two years ago in stunning coral red and pink. It was in perfect condition, with the tags still attached, never worn.
For £10.00 it was a little steeper than I’d like to have paid, but Josh kindly brought it for me as a present. And boy am I glad he did! It’s gorgeous.
Perfect for those summer days when you want to add a little pop of colour to an outfit – all white outfit and this bag, anyone? Or with jeans, a crisp white shirt and nude heels – perfect!
I love a good summer accessory, and I actually don’t own any other bag that isn’t black, so this one’s a welcome addition.
It comes with a long strap, so it can be worn on one shoulder or across the body. I was also pleased to find the strap can be taken off, to make the bag more of an oversized clutch – perfect for evenings.
It folds over at the top, fastening with magnets, giving a relaxed, floppy shape – again something that appeals to me in a summer item. That sort of easy breezy feel, you know?
Did I mention it matches my purse?! How perfect is that?
Thank you Josh for the perfect summer wardrobe addition, let’s just hope for some better weather so I can use it! Keep an eye out on my Instagram – I think this one will be featuring in lots of summer OOTDs to come!
