Products to Help the Beauty SleepGetting a good nights sleep has to be the oldest beauty hack in the book. After a good rest, skin looks brighter, plumper and more radiant. As someone who has always found it hard to drift off (blame the extensive to-do list that plays over & over at 2am), I have been reaching for some of my favourite beauty products to help me get a little extra shut eye.

The first product I have been loving around bedtime is my favourite night cream; the Origins High Potency Night-A-Mins. Formulated with orange, vitamins C, E & H, minerals and moisture-rich replenishers, this cream is the perfect magic pot of dullness deleters for the skin. The relaxing orange aromas of the cream have become part of my everyday nighttime routine. There really is something to be said for religiously using one type of fragrance in your nighttime routine, it really does help train the brain that now is time for sleep. Just one whiff of the High Potency Night-A-Mins and I know it’s off to bed with me!

I have never been able to head to bed without a lip balm on my lips. As an avid lipstick wearer (hello, beauty blogger over here!), my lips are always in need for a little extra TLC, so balming up is a must. I have been slathering on the Liz Earle Superskin Superlip Balm for the past few months & loving how plump and hydrated my lips feel when I wake up in the morning. Think smooth, soothing texture with just enough balminess that it hangs around until 6am. Not only is the texture of this lip balm amazing, but the ingredients do all the talking; Alaria esculenta extract to plump, pomegranate seed oil to nourish, dragon’s blood extract for anti-ageing, argan oil & shea butter to help protect against dryness throughout the night.

Also in rotation is the Emma Hardie Plump & Glow Hydrating Facial Mist. The gentle scent of this spray is just enough to softly soothe me off to my forty winks and the added burst of moisture-packed, hydrating ingredients is much welcomed after a long day. I love the fact that this spray is ultra-fine and lightweight, so I can spray all over my face, neck and arms just before snuggling down for the night. Inside this delightfully luxurious formula you’ll find soothing Aloe Vera, Velvet Flower to help soften the skin, and Wild Watermint (one of my favourite sleep inducing scents) to help tone, moisturise and protect the skin. Oh, and don’t forget the all important Hyaluronic Acid to help plump up dehydrated skin and fine lines.

It might seem like I’ve got my bedside beauty all sorted, but there are actually a couple of products I have my eye on from Neom Organics to help my nighttime routine really get me off to sleep. The first is the Perfect Night’s Sleep Face Oil. This oil contains Rosehip Oil, Vitamins A, B, C, E, F, Omega 3, 6, 9, Almond Oil Cranberry Oil, Wheat Germ Oil and Peach Kernel Oil – the perfect skin sleeping concoction. With 11 essential oils to help you sleep, this product would be the perfect addition to my nighttime skincare.

Then for the absolute pinnacle of Sleeping Beauty’s routine; the Perfect Night’s Sleep Pillow Mist. I am absolutely desperate to try this mist out! Formulated with English lavender, chamomile & patchouli, plus 13 other essential oils, I can only imagine how this delicate fragrance would help me drift off. Considering 88% of people on the Neom Sleep Programme had a better night’s sleep, I think I can safely say this product would be a welcomed addition to anyone’s bedtime routine.
