It’s that time on the month again; time for another amazing beauty box from Look Fantastic. This time, however, it is a very exciting box…The Birthday Edit! This month Look Fantastic are celebrating their third birthday with a special edition of their Beauty Box, delivered right to your doorstep. Full of mini and full sized products, this months box comes with Elle magazine, a tasty treat from Holly’s Lollies & a value of £75! So let’s see what’s in the box!
The first product in the box is one of my favourites; the Eve Lom Cleanser & cleansing cloth. I was so happy to find a mini of the world famous balm cleanser in The Birthday Edit. Although this is a mini of the cleanser, it is a great size and one that will last at least a month. It’s also great that there is a cleansing cloth inside the box because it is brilliant for removing the cleanser and gently exfoliating the skin.
Another skincare product inside the box is the Decléor Hydra Floral Anti-Pollution Hydrating Gel-Cream. As I’ve said previously on Made From Beauty, I absolutely love Decléor products. Their products are amazing quality and really look after the skin. The Decléor Hydra Floral Anti-Pollution Hydrating Gel-Cream sinks into the skin quickly for instant hydration. Formulated with Moringa Olifeira extract and Neroli oils the gel-cream leaves skin plump and nourished throughout the day, whilst also protecting it from pollution and creating a great base for makeup.
I was so excited unboxing a product from Christophe Robin in the box. This is a brand I have always wanted to try, so I can’t wait to get stuck into the Cleansing Volumizing Paste. This product is brilliant for removing product build-up from the hair, throughly cleansing the hair and boosting natural volume. Safe for use in coloured hair, this is a gentle product that will make all the difference. The Rassoul Clay and Rose extracts remove oil and dirt, bringing hair back to life in just one wash.
When it comes to makeup, Look Fantastic have really hit it out of the park with this box. First up is this beautiful eyeshadow quad from Hikari. If you are a lover of warm tones, you are going to absolutely love these eyeshadows. Hikari’s formula is highly pigmented and buttery; perfect for an easy day time look or a smokey evening look. Look Fantastic have even included a cute unicorn eyeshadow brush in the box to help you create your perfect eye look.
What birthday box would be complete without a contouring product? Well, this month Look Fantastic have popped in a contouring product I have had my eyes on for a while; the Illamasqua Gel Sculpt in Silhouette. The reason I have been thinking of picking this product up if because of it’s unique formula. The gel-cream is lightweight, bendable and buildable – perfect for newbies to contouring like me!
