Looking for high shine, high impact eyeshadows on the highstreet? Seventeen have got you covered!I was stunned to finds rest quality eye shadows in such unusual colours in the isles of Boots on one of my most recent outings.
Seventeen have always been a brand I’ve over looked, they are normal cheap makeup and cheap quality if I’m honest. I mean, apart from their classic Beehive Lipstick (who remembers that old chestnut?) they have exactly been bringing if with the formulas recently. So their new (well I think they’re new) Eye Eye Shadows really got my attention.
Expect buttery soft, smooth blending little pans of colour that will set your heart racing when you see the price tag! At only £3.89 and a pretty good Buy One Get One Half Price deal, they come in at almost quarter the price of a MAC shadow, with way most impact.
The shades I picked up were Statuesque, a beautiful pink with golden and silver simmer. And Rose Quartz a purplely pink with silver shimmer.
The shadows are finely milled, gently pressed and very easy to work with. To get maximum colour pay off I like to pat the colour on with my finger before blending the edges out with a fluffy brush.
Here I’m wearing Statuesque all over my kid with MAC’s Soft Brown in the crease and Rose Quartz under the eye.
There are lots of colours on offer and I’d say if your looking to start a makeup collection, of just want a great staple in your makeup bag this is the place to go!
Let me know your thoughts!
Also I just thought I’d let you know that Made From Beauty has reached over 4,000 visitors from all over the world! Thank you everyone for your continued support!

[…] And the final eye product coming in nicely under £5.00 is the Seventeen Mono Eyeshadows. Compared to the Collection palette, these might not seem as good value for money. But…the shades on offer in this collection are really unique and beautiful quality. My shade of choice has to be Statuesque, you can read my full review here. […]
Beautiful :)
