The Bourjois 123 Perfect Colour Correcting CC Cream

A little while ago I wrote this post, all about the Revlon BB cream that let me down. I have been after a lightweight, moisture giving base for a while. So, after a little bit of investigation work, I thought the Bourjois 123 Perfect Colour Correcting CC Cream a go. 

I’ve heard a lot of great things about this base and it’s by no way a new product. But after using it for a few weeks I am completely in love! It’s one if the best spring bases I have found.

The whole CC (Colour Correction) is a concept I don’t quite buy into for a base product, but that’s neither here nor there. Without being heavy or thick, this base manages to give a great, skin like, medium coverage.

The main reason why I was after an affordable, easy base was to wear to work. In the mornings I don’t want to be faffing about with things like a beauty blender, or a base that needs lots of work. So this product, which manages to look great even when I slap it on and go, has been amazing. I have been wearing it throughout the week to work, but when I started to reach for it at the weekends as well, I knew it was good!
