Spring really is only just around the corner & so that means a spot of shopping! I’ve been browsing one of my new favourite sites, River Island, for some Spring style inspiration!

Blue Lace Sleeveless Peplum Top

When I saw this top of the website, I just couldn’t say no. The cornflower blue shade is so pretty and I have been a fan of this sort of lace work for such a long time. In fact, I think this will already be in my basket by the time this post goes out – just beautiful!

Black Frill Bandeau Asymmetric Hem Top

This top would normally be very out there for me. I don’t like to have my arms out very much, which is why I would style this top with a t-shirt underneath. I think layering it up would make it wearable even during the day – or you could go fancy & pop a lace long sleeve top on underneath for night.

Cream Cold Shoulder Frill Peplum Top

I very nearly brought this top in store the other day. It’s so beautiful in real life too – if only it hadn’t been the day before payday! Although there is a lot going on with this top; off the shoulder & peplum, it somehow works!

Dark Red Spot Jacquard Frill Wrap Mini Skirt

I am all about those wrap items this season! This skirt looks like it would be so flattering & easy to wear! I would style this up with Converse, a tee tucked in, a denim jacket, cross body bag and sunglasses (if the weathers good enough).

Light Blue Broderie Frill Tie Waist Dress

This dress is actually the type of relaxed glam I like to go for. As a pair shape, the tie waist would be super flattering, and the broderie means it would be breathable & light to wear as the weather warms up.

Black Stripe Wide Leg Trousers

I am so into wide leg trousers at the moment! It’s been a while since I had ventured out of skinny jeans, but I’m now trying to push myself in the bottom-half styling department! These wide leg stripped trousers are the perfect way to add a bit of a print without it being overwhelming.

Black Pearl Double Breasted Boucle Jacket

Now, I know Spring isn’t really the time to be being into jackets, but how gorgeous is this one? Chanel tweed anyone? Everything about this jacket is so me; the colours, the pearl buttons – just stunning!

Grey Chunky Cable Knit Cardigan

Unfortunately, here in the UK, you can often find yourself wanting a cardigan in the Spring. I have been wearing this super affordable Primark chunky knit recently & feel it’s time to finally upgrade. The knit detail on the arms of this beautiful River Island cardi is beautiful; I think I’m going to have to get it!

Mid Blue Molly Faux Pearl Hem Jeggings

Every since totally falling in love with these Stella Mccartney embellished jeans I have had a bit of a thing for jeans like these. Although the embellishment is more subtle on these River Island versions, I absolutely love how sparkly and fun they are.

Red Jacquard Floral Peplum Cami Top

Who could resist this cute little cami? Personally, I love peplum styles as I find them super flattering. Right now this top would look great with jeans & the chunky knit in this wishlist, maybe some lovely ankle boots too. But, I can see myself wearing this bright number well into the summer as well.

Pink Just Peachy Boyfriend T-Shirt

Slogan tshirts are everywhere at the moment and I am so in love with the colours of this one. The classing red and pink is all over Instagram & I thought it was about time I joined the trend. Having a trend tshirt means it’s a great way of trying a trend without having to invest very much too!
