Made From Beauty Eyelure Brow PencilThere’s a new product I’ve been reaching for in my brow routine. I’d been on the hunt for an affordable brow product that would be easy and quick to use in the mornings, so I thought I’d try out the Eylure Brow Pencil.

Often brow pencils can be too warm to use in the brows. Using a colour too warm in the brows will make things seem very obviously drawn on and very bold. For a more subtle, natural look more ashy tones are best, so the shade Dark Brown has worked for me very well. The shade matches my brow hairs perfectly, allowing me to shade in patchy areas and all length to my brows.

After my love of the Anastasia Dip Brow Pomade (which I have found a great dupe for here) I didn’t think I’d turn back to a brow pencil, but I’ve found that I needed something extra quick for the mornings before work. And I’ve actually enjoyed the change! I find, if I keep the pencil well sharpened, I get a good, defined brow very quickly and easily. Sure, the staying power isn’t as good as a pomade, but the slightly waxy pencil does last pretty well and fades nicely along with my other makeup throughout the day.

The Brow Pencil is one of the new products from Eylures move into the brow world. Famous for their lashes, I wasn’t sure if the brand could pull off full blown makeup, but I’m really impressed with this product and I’m thinking of picking up the brow gel soon to complete the brow makeup wardrobe.

So have you tired the Eylure Brow Pencil? Or do you have another brow pencil that you use regularly? Let me know in the comments below.
