Photo Diary: Fireworks Spectacular at Beaulieu in the New Forest

Last weekend my family took a little evening trip to e in New Forest to watch the Fireworks Spectacular.

Living very close (practically in it) to the New Forest, going to Beaulieu and the motor museum was a pretty regular thing in my childhood. I also worked for nearly two years at the museum, and so I’ve had the pleasure of going to the firework display many times, but this time I thought I’d take my camera along to share the night with you all.

If you haven’t been to the Beaulieu fireworks before, you might not know that it is one of the biggest and more popular displays on the South Coast, with over 10,000 people attending this year alone.

As well as the fireworks there is also a mini fun fair, with a couple of rides and stalls. Theres quite a bit of food on offer too, with sellers from all over Hampshire. I went all out and went for a burger and a couple of fresh, hot doughnuts for afters – yummy!
