nspaI’m always strapped for cash at the end of the month, no matter how well I think I’m budgeting, I am. So when, at the end of February my cleanser ran out (see full review of it here), it was a bit of a shock to the bank account and I decided that no matter how important it is to take your makeup off (think spot, eye infections, flaking skin) I couldn’t part with my cash for a cleanser. That was until I remembered the nspa Hot Cloth Polish. My mum had been using this for a while and when I mentioned how brassic I was recommended it to me.

At only £7.00 a pop, I guess this cleanser isn’t the cheapest one on the market, but let’s be real, I wasn’t going to put any old stuff on my face after working really hard to get it into good shape. I honestly love this cleanser!

If you have been taking care of your skin for a long time like me, then you would have heard of the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish, which is what this nspa version is based on. The Liz Earle version is always described as a great basic cleanser, as it is. It removes makeup, cleans skin without making it tight and works on dry to normal skin types. However, the price isn’t all that basic, coming in at around £28.00.

So I think it amazing for the price, the nspa version is brilliant. The similarities are hard to ignore; both are creamy in texture, thick almost like some balm cleansers, remove makeup easily and nourish the skin. The nspa Hot Cloth Polish is rich in cocoa butter and neroli oil, it even smells like the Liz Earle equivalent. I think a dupe on our hands here people!?

What do you think? Would you give skincare a go that you found in ASDA? Let me know in the comments below.
